As per the GCCF guidelines kittens will be ready for their new homes at 13 weeks

GCCF registered non active (not for breeding) fully vaccinated, microchipped,

 5-generation pedigree, 5 weeks initial insurance with Agria

As of June 2024 it will become law all cats and kittens must be microchipped before they leave for their new homes
